What is Duet?

Duet is the first example of the cooperation between SAP and Microsoft, the first version was released in April 2005. Duet is a software solution to offer employees and managers a transparent overview of SAP processes from the familiar Mimcrosoft Office environment.

Across the world over 1 million licenses have been sold to over 400 SAP-customers, of the Duets versions 1.0, 1.5, 1.5SPi and 1.5SP2. The release date for the new versions 3.0 and 1.5SP3 is not determined yet.

FIT Duet Solution

FIT has been given the opportunity, thanks to the partnerships with both Microsoft and SAP, to analyse Duet in their own R&D department. The FIT lab has made an important contribution in the realisation of Duet, version 1.5 SP2.

FIT is part of the commission and team that has realised the only Duet Demo environment in Turkey, developed according to plan, that offers Duet example scenarios.
