An online system running on WAS (Web Application Server) was developed and configured for Betek Boya ve Kimya Sanayi A.?. The system has enabled the end customers to perform the following activities online; to place their orders, to view their account and financial details and to track the status of their orders.

The application creates the orders online with SAP and displays the details of the placed order immediately. The integration allows the customers to display all delivery details.

Characteristics such as brand, packaging, color, material number and description can be used  to facilitate the search for mateials and to aid in the online-order process. The possibility of filtering enables clients to seek quickly and find the desired set of materials. The provided "step-by-step" filtering method dynamically guides to a faster search result and provides a higher flexibility in terms of its usage.

Using XML web services, communication between Netsis software and SAP is accomplished, in both directions. Delivery and Order information is distributed to both systems.
