FIT has developed a new product for creating barcode tickets from SAP. With this product, FIT has enabled Temsa to automate the process of sending packages and the related procedures.

Mobile ticket printing:

FIT has developed a program that enables the printing of a barcode label from a handheld device on location, without requiring the presence of a fixed pc or separate printer. From SAP the required product information is being retrieved and coded in the barcodes.
 

OTVT Barcode Application (Automatic Identification and Data Collection)

FIT has developed a barcode solution for the automatic identification and data collection (OTVT) to simplify the transactions related to supply chain management at TEMSA. With this system barcode labels can be printed from mobile terminals for every related product. Additionally, product information retrieved from RF chips can also be transferred via SAP to the barcodes. This results in a reduction of errors by automating input and output with mobile terminals instead of manual activities, increasing the accuracy of the information regarding goods receipt, goods issue and goods movement, thus improving the entire process.
