| TEMSA Portal |
 In may the TEMSA Project went live. This portal has been realised with Netweaver Portal and FIT has delivered all technical activities, including documentation, for this project. The Temsa portal allows dealers to order parts online. Additionally, the dealer can also view the claim and warranty procedures and enter a claim via the portal.
This project, which was lead by BIMSA, delivered a solution for TEMSA staff and the suppliers/dealers, which has been tested extensively before it was brought live. Through this portal a number of back-end system are integrated and access has been arranged via SSO (Single Sign On):
The portal is live and in use and works via SSL-support for access from Internet and Intranet. |
