The GIB is the mandatory hub to send e-invoices via the Turkish government (initiated by the Revenue Management Authority) to check, and FIT is currently the preferred partner for companies with SAP to connect with the GIB.

The developed interfaces are re-used as a packaged solution for companies who use standard SAP for their e-billing and e-invoicing activities. Pre-defined customers and matching criteria are transferred from SAP to GIB, and all processes can be tracked, traced and reported.The solution also contains an electronic signature, which is mandatory in Turkey, and a financial seal from the GIB that functions as an electronic certificate to authorize the sender and authenticate the content. The FIT solution matches the strict requirements regarding security and reliability of the electronic environment, while optimally integrating with the SAP systems for companies sending the e-invoices through the Turkish government.

Features of the GIB integration;

1. Providing all the details regarding send and received invoices through a single interface.
2. Grouping/enveloping the e-invoices that are to be send to a single customer in an easy manner. It is also possible to find detailed information and to follow the envelopes.

4. During the controlling process, the e-invoices are archived automatically on the local storage location. The system performance can be improved by separating the approved e-invoices from the main screen.
