The strategy of FIT is to adopt the hub concept to allow customers from different (SAP) systems to send their invoices to a central location, where transformation takes place into the right format and invoices are transferred to the right receiver. The logic to transform the original format into the format desired by the receiver is available in the hub, instead of locally on the customer system. This means there is no additional development required at the customer side. The invoice transformation and sending to the right receiver is offered as a service by FIT, based on our in-depth knowledge and experience with transforming many different SAP and no –SAP formats into a generic xml format like UBL 2.0. Previous developments can be re-used, since we adopt the principles of Service Oriented Architecture, resulting in flexible, future-proof and re-usable solutions. FIT will take responsibility to take care of the transformation of any customer format.Next to offering BeneFIT as a service via a central hub, FIT also integrates with existing hubs such as Ingis, Digipoort and GIB. FIT has defined standard interfaces with several parties / systems, re-using previously developed interfaces to a maximum, reducing implementation time and associated costs. Below a few examples of the packaged interface strategy related to the FIT e-invoicing solution BeneFIT.
